Schon der Beginn verläuft eng und luftig an einem Steilhang. Danach führt der Weg über Moränen zur Orny-Hütte, weiter durch Blockgelände und über Firn am Orny-Gletscher und schliesslich sehr steil zur Trient-Hütte. Rückweg auf derselben Route.
